AskPT :- I am curious why India has not developed designated business districts with super skyscrapers to address the height restrictions imposed by the Airport Authority of India (AAI). By creating high-rise business districts in areas where AAI restrictions are not an issue, wouldn't this enhance urban aesthetics, simplify regulatory enforcement, and make our cities more competitive and beautiful? Are there plans to develop such business districts in the future? Already such type of successful BD exists around the world. Exclude GIFT City.

I am telling you, get rid of reservation. Start skill census and train babus at highest level possible. Give jobs, opportunities, resources to eligible people or companies, privatise 100% everything expect defence (should be privatised but not fully because of security reasons) and see our country developing 100 fold speed. Unless and until we dont give priority to excellence and skills we will never be as good as USz, Chinese and Japanese country.

@askpt Do we really need such expressways and national highways as some famous youtubers have recently said that we don't need such networks of roads instead learn from foreign countries how they promote travelling with nature and other things like walking cycling etc

Actually, kolkata metro ka north-south line me chalta h Indian rakes. But jo factory banati thi hindmotor side me, usko tmc k gunde (sab usme gunde hi h) band karwa diye ku6 to karke. Tb se jo Indian rakes ki halaat h... AC rakes me to kaise to krke convert kiye gye, usme bhi paani tapakti h andar AC vent se, maintenance kare bhi kaise jb banaya hi khud na ho? Aur abhi halaat aise h ki passenger load nhi sambhal pa rhi Indian rakes ki ACs.

Time table must be modified this will reduce overcrowding
